Our rental fees vary depending on the event type, duration, and other factors. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your specific needs.
EVENT RENT ( All bookings include an 8-hour time slot between 10 am-12 am)
Be sure to book enough time to set everything up, enjoy the event, and clean up after.
CLEANING/ MANAGEMENT FEE
$450 ( Host or Cateror is responsible for clearing tables and putting trash in bags)
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
$500 refundable damage deposit
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Bartender- $50/hr per bartender (4-hour minimum) includes general liquor liability coverage

- Access to the bar and all of its contents.

- 6 banquet tables ( 48" round, 30" high)
- 12 bar-height chairs
- 4 pub-style tables ( 36" round, 42" high)
- Ice Maker in the bar
- Access to WIFI
- Access to a kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, and range
- Access to 1 restroom
- Hyperboom Speaker
- 8' Pool Table ( please note: Pool table must NOT be moved)
( If you would like additional seating/tables, you could rent directly from a party supply store or through us. We would just charge extra for the additional items needed)
We have flexible event dates and times to accommodate your schedule. Please contact us to check our availability.
Our event has a max copacity of 100 people
Our event has 17 parking spaces plus additional space behind the building. It's recommended to save the space behind the building for vendors ( DJ, Caterer, etc)
There is also overflow parking across the street and next door as needed. Please contact us in advance to set up overflow parking.
