Our rental fees vary depending on the event type, day of week, and other factors. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your specific needs.
EVENT RENT ( All bookings include an 8-hour time slot between 10 am-12 am)
Be sure to book enough time to set everything up, enjoy the event, and clean up after.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Event dates that fall on recognized holidays may be subject to a higher rental rate
CLEANING/ MANAGEMENT FEE
$450 ( Host or Caterer is responsible for clearing tables and putting trash in bags)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT HOLD
$500 damage deposit hold. This damage deposit hold is a temporary, pre-authorized charge on the credit card used to cover potential damages to the venue during the event. The hold is released after the event if no damage is reported.
EVENT HOST LIABILITY INSURANCE
Event Host Liability Insurance is required for each event. This can be purchased through any 3rd party insurance company. If your bartender or caterer has this insurance already, you can piggyback on theirs instead. Event Insurance is usually under $100.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Bartender- $300/ bartender for 4 hours (4-hour minimum), each additional hour is $50/hr per bartender - includes general liquor liability coverage

- 8' Pool Table ( please note: Pool table must NOT be moved)
( If you would like additional seating/tables, you could rent directly from a party supply store or through us. We would just charge extra for the additional items needed)
We have flexible event dates and times to accommodate your schedule. Please contact us to check our availability.
Our event space has a max capacity of 100 people
Our property has 17 parking spaces plus additional space behind the building. It's recommended to save the space behind the building for vendors ( DJ, Caterer, etc)
There is also overflow parking across the street and next door as needed. Please contact us in advance to set up overflow parking.
